We are a local, family-owned-and-operated, small business. We offer 112 storage units for rent in a clean, modern facility conveniently located 4 miles north of Washburn, Wisconsin on State Highway 13.

Whether you are storing your boat for the winter (or snowmobiles for the summer), business equipment, or a house full of family heirlooms, we hope you store your stuff with us.

Unit Sizes

8×10 (apx 80 sqft) – $60/month

10×20 (apx 200 sqft) – $80/month

Door Locks

To secure your items, you must provide your own lock. Our latches accept most standard-sized key or combination locks.

Insurance

Our policy does not cover your contents.  We recommend you purchase insurance to cover the value of your stored property.

Police and Fire

The local public safety services provide police and fire protection for our facility. In case of an emergency, contact 911 directly.
